How long does it take to build a pool?
The time it takes to build your pool is ultimately dependent on the size and complexity of the design, plus any adverse weather delays. Your Cody Pools Florida Design Consultant will be able to give you an accurate estimate of time completion based on your pool design. What are the laws regarding pool safety and children?
The Florida residential pool safety act of 2010 requires one of the three:
– 85 decibal alarm on all doors/windows leading to the pool
– fence between house and pool
– state approved pool cover

Any new pools built in the state of Florida must abide whether you have children or do not have children

Existing pools are exempt unless you’re making a major modification such as:
– adding a spa
– add shelf
– pulling a permit

Have you built any pools in our area, and can you provide referrals?

Will I be able to select from a variety of tile and brick paver options?

Do you offer pool financing?
YES, home equity loans are available as well as unsecured loans. Or, you can submit an application for pool financing with Paramount

How much do you require for a deposit?
$1000 to start the permitting process.

Do you do evening or weekend appointments?
We work to the customers work schedule. Appointments are at the customer’s convenience.

How long is an appointment?
Typically 1 – 2 hours which includes our discussion with you regarding your design concepts, pricing, and even a site survey.
