The Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA) Design Awards are among the most respected honors in the industry. Entries are not judged on aesthetics alone; instead, a private panel of experts evaluates each project against five stringent pillars of professional construction:

Engineering Architectural Harmony
David’s winning design showcases the high-human polish and technical vision we strive for across all our locations. By utilizing the home’s existing structural arches, he created a “swim-through” experience that allows the water to flow directly under the building’s loggia, bridging the gap between shaded living spaces and the expansive outdoor deck.
The project further distinguishes itself with custom fire-and-water scupper bowls and deck-mounted laminar jets, creating a dual-element sensory experience. Additionally, the layout includes a semi-secluded circular lounge area tucked beneath a second-story balcony, proving that even a grand-scale pool can offer intimate, practical retreats.
